Caring For Dried & Preserved Flowers

❊ Never water dried & preserved flowers!
❊ Keep them in a cool and dry area out of direct sunlight.
❊ Strong sunlight will accelerate colour fading.
❊ We highly recommend to keep them in an air-conditioned room.
❊ If not, a well-ventilated room is a good choice too.

Caring For Fresh Flowers

✿ Remove the wrapping (for bouquets)
✿ Use a pair of floral cutters or pruning shears to trim the stems at a 45 degree angle
✿ Cut at least 3-4cm off
✿ Put flowers in a vase of clean water. The water level should cover ~6cm of the stems
✿ Repeat the stem trimming and changing water every 2 days (3 days for air-con environment) to prevent bacteria from growing in the water.
☞ You are welcome to trim off more of the stems, shorter stems increases speed and efficiency of water intake to the flower head, which helps with longevity.

Delivery Policy

☞ Flat fee of $19 for islandwide delivery (additional charges apply for Sentosa, Tuas and NTU area)

☞ Courier will try his best to pass the flowers personally to the recipient. But if recipient is not around, he will leave the flowers at the doorstep / collection point. Your flowers will be in a carrier and/or in a box base.

☞ Due to individual building security measures, non-residents/staff are not always allowed to enter the lobby or leave items at the reception.

☞ For high security locations, please WhatsApp us at 93472617 with your instructions or a Plan B in case courier is turned away by security.

☞ We cannot check if the intended recipient lives or work at the address provided 😭 We will not be liable for recovery/redelivery if the flowers have been delivered and received at the correct timing and address provided to us.
