Refund and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
  • All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
  • KXH Flowers management promises to look into each case to reach a reasonable conclusion for all parties involved.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
  • Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price should the product or services be found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality 

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS
  • Cancellation of orders must be made at least 2 days before date of delivery.
  • A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made less than 2 days notices.
  • Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement.
SUBSTITUTION
  • KXH Flowers reserves the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability.
  • While it is our desire to fulfill your order as featured on the website, certain colored materials, baskets or vases may be replaced with new stocks at times, subject to availability.
CHANGE OF PARTICULARS
  • Changes to particulars such as address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least 1 day before delivery.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product, can I make changes to my order?

Yes. Kindly whatsapp us details of your changes and we will arrange for a top-up or refund of excess via paynow.
This is only free for the first change. Subsequent changes will be chargeable at $5 each time.
This is only applicable for order changes, NOT cancellation.
Cancellation of orders are subjected to our Refund and Exchange Policy.

What are your double size bouquets like?

We offer 2 sizes for most of our designs - regular and double. The product photos and description are for regular size bouquets. A double size bouquet will include twice the amount of flowers of regular size. Do consider getting the double as they are more value for money!

Are there additional delivery charges for customized products?

No, customized products get free same day delivery too. Check out our delivery slots here.

Do you offer customization?

Yes, we do customized designs too! Our customized designs start at a base rate of $65. Simply whatsapp us the following details and we will get back to you ASAP.
  • Reference photo of the design you want
  • Reference photo of wrapping style (for bouquets) OR
  • Reference photo of the vase/ box/ that you want (for arrangements), only if its different from the first reference photo.
  • Simple description of color and style e.g. 12 pink roses in round bridal bouquet style.
  • Delivery info (date, time, recipient details and address)
  • Budget range

Can I do self-collection?

This option is currently unavailable, though we do have plans to make this an option by next year.

Why can't you do 100% like the photo shown on your website?

Each of our product is handcrafted according to demand, even for our dried and preserved series, hence the placement of each bloom, filler and foliage may differ from the photo.
In addition, some of the floral varieties used in our designs are seasonal and/or imported from overseas. At times, we may be unable to source all of the varieties featured on our website. Hence, we only claim 99% similarity.
Regardless, we will stick to the original color theme; it's our mission to give you a product that is just as beautiful!
We will contact you ASAP should the main flowers be unavailable. However, KXH Flowers reserve the right to substitute fillers and foliages with similar looking alternatives of equal or higher value without prior notification.

How accurate are you product measurements?

They are accurate, allowing 1-2cm difference. The measurements provided is for the entire arrangement or bouquet. They are not measurements of flowers only or vase only.

Can I get a photo of the flowers before they are delivered to the recipient?

KXH Flowers has no obligation to send photos of the completed product to customers, especially during peak periods like Valentine's Day.
Requests for photos will be processed on a case-by-case basis during non-peak periods. Thank you for your kind understanding.
