Shipping / Delivery Policy

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the full, correct and up to date delivery address and instructions. This is especially so for hospitals, high security corporate offices and buildings with no postal code. We are unable to cross check every single address provided. Our courier will contact the mobile number provided at checkout in the case of missing unit number, room number etc, but if customer is unresponsive and/or unable to provide the full and correct address, courier has the right to return orders back to our warehouse and it will be marked as failed delivery. Re-delivery at another date of customer's choosing will be chargeable at additional $19.

• Our delivery partners do our best to pass the flowers personally to the recipient. However, if no one is available to receive, our courier will leave the flowers at the doorstep / collection point. Your flowers will be in a carrier and/or in a box base.

• KXH Flowers and delivery partners are not responsible for checking if the intended recipient is living or working at the delivery address provided at checkout. KXH Flowers will not do redelivery or entertain request for a new item if the flowers have been delivered at the correct timing and address provided to us. Especially if a person has received the item. 

• KXH Flowers and delivery partners are not responsible for missing items from the provided address' doorstep or collection point. This is especially so if they have been received by a person. 

• KXH Flowers only deliver within main island of Singapore and Sentosa. We do not provide delivery to off-shore islands like Pulau Ubin or Jurong Island. 

 • KXH Flowers do not offer free delivery anymore. Standard delivery time slot of 11AM-3PM and 4PM-8PM is chargeable at $19. This delivery rate is valid for non-peak season.

 • Non peak season is defined as any day EXCEPT 13th-14th Feb 2027 (Valentine's) and 9th-10th May 2026 (Mother's Day). Delivery surcharge may be implemented during Valentine's and Mother's Day to hire more drivers / provide more incentive for drivers to deliver on time. Final delivery rates for peak season will be reflected clearly at checkout page before payment.
