Online Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Online card payments are processed using our secure payment provider, Stripe.

We also offer payment via GrabPay, PayNow and Atome. These payments are processed using a local secure payment provider HitPay. Both Stripe and HitPay are market leaders in the online payment space, and ensures fast, safe and secure payments.

For your security, merchants are only able to see the last four digits of your credit card number. We are unable to see your credit card CVV or expiry date.

Coupled with our site’s SSL certificate, you are ensured a safe, encrypted link between you and our secure payment provider.

Ordering Policy

• NEXT DAY ORDERS: All products will be available for next day orders unless stated otherwise.

• SAME DAY ORDERS: All products will be available for same day orders unless stated otherwise.

• Cut-off time for 11AM-3PM slot: 11:59PM previous night.

• Cut-off time for 4PM - 8PM slot: 12PM same day.

• Cut-off time for specific timeslots 11AM-12PM, 12PM-1PM, 1PM-2PM, 2PM-3PM: 11:59PM previous day.

Cut-off time for specific timeslots 3PM-4PM, 4PM-5PM, 5PM-6PM, 6PM-7PM, 7PM-8PM, 10.30PM-12AM: 12PM same day.

*Kindly note timeslots are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Dates will be greyed out when we have reached our maximum capacity for the day, even if it is not yet cut-off time for the chosen delivery/pickup date.

*KXH Flowers reserves the rights to reject any orders at its discretion. We will do our due diligence to inform the customer prior to their date of delivery. 

Delivery Policy

• Our courier will ring the doorbell/ knock on the door/ call out to alert for delivery. If no one comes out to receive, they will call the mobile number provided at checkout to inform the customer before leaving the item at doorstep.

• Once delivery is completed, we will send an email notification to the email provided at checkout.

• Please ensure delivery address provided is correct and up to date. While it is our courier's responsibility to deliver to the right address, they do not have the rights to do an ID check if the receiver is the intended recipient.

• Our courier will not wait until the recipient comes home.

• KXH Flowers are not obligated to do redelivery if the wrong address is provided.

 • KXH Flowers do not offer free delivery anymore. Standard delivery time slot of 11AM-3PM and 4PM-8PM is chargeable at $19. This delivery rate is valid for non-peak season.

 • Non peak season is defined as any day EXCEPT 13th-14th Feb 2027 (Valentine's) and 9th-10th May 2026 (Mother's Day). Delivery surcharge may be implemented during Valentine's and Mother's Day to hire more drivers / provide more incentive for drivers to deliver on time. Final delivery rates for peak season will be reflected clearly at checkout page before payment.
