If you be wanting astilbes, tulips, irises, etc. be mentally prepared that they will die fast - within 2 days if you don't condition DAILY. And we know most people don't want to spend money AND do the dirty work.

Also, there is nothing bad about supermarket flowers. Their flowers are dependable for good reason - boring and cheap yet low maintenance. Can last you 5 days if you change water at least once.

Suitable for tulips, peonies, hydrangeas, spray roses, delphiniums.

Get a vase of clean water. Use a pair of floral scissors or pruning shears - cut stems at 45° angle. If the flower has weak stems and appear overbloomed, you need to wrap the bloom and 2/3 of the stem in newspaper or kraft paper. Preferably keep them in an air-con room. If they still appear weak after 2 hours, throw them in a container of water. Fish the flower out after 1-2 hours. Wait to dry and wrap them up with newspaper or kraft paper. Now repeat everyday until flower finally dies - about 3-4 days later.

Exotic fillers like astilble, chamomile and dusty millers are practically unsalvageable once their stems are damaged and they become deprived of water, even as short as 2 hours.

Of course, not all exotic flowers require such a high level of care. Proteas, eryngiums, brunnia, peonies are actually less fragile.

Roses, carnations, eustomas, sunflowers, lilies and alstromerias can bloom. Tulip buds are a hit and miss. Not all flowers are able to bloom after being harvested. Some are harvested before they are fully grown so even when "bloomed" they are still very small. We filter out these "early babies" and use the mature ones.

Yes, they are real roses that underwent a chemical process to prolong their beauty. They maintain the same feel and look like before they were preserved.

No, they don't last forever. It's just marketing claims. They usually last 6 months with no proper care. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture to further extend their shelf life; it's possible to last for over a year. But it will be a challenge with the humidity in Singapore. Highly recommend to keep them in a cool and dry room with a dehumidifier.

No. 99% is just a way of saying that the main flowers - roses, carnations, bigger fillers like eustomas etc will be the same. Smaller fillers and foliages may still be switched. The ribbon may be a slightly lighter or darker shade. Small changes like that. While it is our desire to fulfill your order as featured on the website, certain colored materials, baskets or vases may be replaced with new batch of stock at times, subject to availability.

We will contact you ASAP should the main flowers be unavailable. However, KXH Flowers reserve the right to substitute smaller fillers and foliages with similar looking alternatives of equal or higher value without prior notification.

We don't provide specific timing option for same day deliveries as it's too rushed and we may not be able to get the additional flowers from our suppliers in time.

Good news though, we are working on making that option available for next day orders via the product page. In the meantime, do whatsapp or email us should you require specific timing for your next day delivery. You may request timing from 9am - 10pm.

Yes. Kindly whatsapp us your order number and details of your changes ASAP. We will arrange for a top-up or refund of excess if necessary (via paynow).

This is only free for the first change. Subsequent changes will be chargeable at $5 each time.
